|Recommended: YesMove in — Move in day I checked my daughter Lily into a disgusting dirty apartment. We get there and 1 roommate was a different girl and the other had been living all summer. I basically felt like my daughter had moved into the cat’s apartment. I as does my daughter understand everyone has issues but it’s the cats apartment and my daughter shouldn’t have to hang out in her room to do homework and live in her room. It’s her apartment and she would like to enjoy the apartment and not just her room.
|Recommended: YesTake a look before moving here — The environment is overall fine but there might be some issues inside.
Our fridge was leaking and air conditioner not working as well. It take mass effort to deal with it.
|Recommended: NoIt has been very difficult living here — I would not recommend
|Recommended: NoAs a parent who is paying the rent - I'm appalled at the pure lack of professionalism in the office. Moana likes to send threatening emails, letters, etc to the residents who are just kids telling them they have to do certain things or else - she clearly hasn't read leases and doesn't understand the law. The complex has not improved even a blade of grass since she suddenly took over the office last year. The hot tub that was advertised is still not fixed, sprinklers leak everywhere, paint is peeling in rooms, mold is present inside and out.
|Recommended: YesGetting better the longer I stay here — I moved here in Aug and it was a pretty rough start not gonna lie. But over time, with new management, my stay here has been exceptional. There are things still need to be worked on, but the staff has been on top of everything since starting in January.
|Recommended: NoIt’s okay. — It’s not the best. Don’t have anyone send you mail. It’ll get lost or stolen. It’s college kid housing. it’s gonna be noisy. Idk. They had a decent staff here and fired them. You barely get what you pay for.
|Recommended: NoNot too happy — Everything that the staff says they will do, they don't. Our washing machine has been broken for almost four months now... Been going into the office week after week to get the same response ohh, the part should be here by the end of this week. You pay for a bed and roof it should state in the lease not to expect anything else.
|Recommended: NoNot recommended — Go somewhere else
|Recommended: YesNew to the U — Love the community. Great apartments.
|Recommended: YesPricey but okay — Great for a single person student

|Recommended: YesBeautiful views of snowy trees, clean, quiet and full of happiness — Best place on earth
|Recommended: YesGreat student housing community — Great for student housing. The maintenance staff usually responds quickly to issues.
|Recommended: YesPretty great. You get what you pay for and the staff is excellent. — Its better than a dorm and a manageable small space.
|Recommended: YesGreat Apartments — Neighborhood is nice, maintenance is quick to respond, and the apartment and amenities work great.
|Recommended: YesClose to Campuse — It is close to campus. That is the biggest thing. I can walk up the hill and I have my classes right there. The timeliness of maintenance is rough. You get what you pay for.
