submitted by David S. - |Recommended: YesClose to Campuse — It is close to campus. That is the biggest thing. I can walk up the hill and I have my classes right there. The timeliness of maintenance is rough. You get what you pay for.

submitted by Eli G. - |Recommended: YesOverall a nice place to live — A great apartment for student housing. Very close to the university and not a bad walk to a Trax station if you don't have a car. Fairly easy to hear people walking above you if you're on the bottom floor but not irritably loud. However, during the summer, the rooms can get quite hot because of the sun shining on the buildings.

The apartment, while on the smaller side, has a great size kitchen, good natural light, and comes fully furnished. Having the washer and dryer in unit is so nice, and paying a flat rate for utilities each month is a big plus. And of course location is amazing, a short 10 minute walk and you're on campus or at a park or at a restaurant. Thanks for a great stay University Gardens
